Our core services are Personal Training and Pilates Studio Training. In addition to these, we run a great variety of small classes including Pilates Matwork, Yoga, Stretching and Weights and Cardio Circuits. We even run classes at several workplaces around Canberra.

We pride ourselves on our amazing studio β keeping it clean, tidy and ready for our clients from the wee hours of the morning until night. The staff members at Life Fitness Studio are highly qualified personal trainers, Pilates instructors and yoga instructors. We provide a highly specialised and professional service with the capacity to cater for all fitness levels. We are also able to formulate programs designed to accommodate and/or rehabilitate specific injuries/conditions.
We have an amazingly diverse client base in all respects. Our focus is on providing everyone with the same amazing experience every time they come to the studio, participate in one of our off-site classes or outdoor sessions, or attend one of our social events. For everyone at Life Fitness Studio, exercise is more than just burning calories or building muscles β itβs about looking after yourself, and having fun at the same time.
At Life Fitness Studio we provide a great range of services with the aim of giving our clients a range of options for their workouts.
Equipment-based Pilates: Studio Pilates utilises specialised equipment to enhance and expand the Pilates repertoire. The Pilates Method is a popular and effective form of exercise which develops core strength, flexibility and coordination. We offer Studio Pilates sessions as individual sessions and also shared sessions (see below for an explanation of session types).
Personal Training: Personal training is a combination of functional resistance training (weights) and cardiovascular training. At Life, we prioritise the functional element of personal training because we believe exercise should enhance your ability to complete daily tasks pain free. This applies to office workers and elite athletes, those with injuries and those who just want to improve their overall sense of wellbeing.
Classes (in the studio): Classes at our studio are limited to 15 participants to ensure all members of the class receive adequate supervision from the instructor. We believe this gives our members a more authentic experience whether the class be a circuit, Pilates, or yoga class.
Outdoor sessions: All our members are entitled to attend a range of free outdoor exercise sessions. We meet at various locations and walk/jog/run to keep fit β but also to have a chat, and sometimes even a coffee afterwards.
Workplace sessions: Life Fitness Studio teaches lunchtime Pilates, yoga and fitness classes in a variety of workplaces around Canberra. This is an ideal option for those of us who feel the need for a bit of movement to break up those long days at the office.
